From Academia to Business: Exploring Cross-Cultural Lives and Diversity Experiences
I am a sociologist specializing in career development, migration, and intercultural relationships.
As a lecturer at Grenoble École de Management and formerly at Sorbonne University, I teach courses on intercultural management, sociological theories, and research methodologies. My interdisciplinary approach combines sociology, gender, and intercultural research, with a particular interest in the experiences of self-initiated expatriates in France.

Organized by the France Japan Foundation at EHESS, my thesis entitled “Injustice ménagère dans le couple mixte. À travers les récits de femmes migrantes japonaises à Lyon et à Paris” received a special mention for the best master's thesis on Japan.
