From Academia to Business: ​Exploring Cross-Cultural Lives ​and Diversity Experiences

I am a sociologist specializing in career development, migration, ​and intercultural relationships.

As a lecturer at Grenoble École de Management and formerly at ​Sorbonne University, I teach courses on intercultural ​management, sociological theories, and research methodologies. ​My interdisciplinary approach combines sociology, gender, and ​intercultural research, with a particular interest in the experiences ​of self-initiated expatriates in France.
