Methods and process

Report / White paper

A final report will be submitted based on the ​research. We will explain the current corporate ​situation, global trends, and the main results of ​our fieldwork.

Coaching / Atelier / Seminar

We can hold an optional seminar for employees to ​gain more awareness of the survey results. We ​will share problems and identify future ​improvements together.

Data confidentiality and ​ethical considerations

• Guarantee of anonymity: Interviewees' personal information is completely anonymized ​and no specific individual can be identified.
• Data Protection:The data collected is stored according to strict security standards ​and access is limited to members only.
  

• Data Sharing with Clients: The original data will only ​be shared with the client in an appropriate manner and ​will not be provided to any third party.
• Data collected will be used only for the purpose agreed ​upon in advance and will not be used for any other ​purpose.
  

• Informed Consent: We will provide sufficient ​explanation of the purpose, methods, and use of data to ​survey participants in advance, and obtain their consent ​before they participate in the survey.
• Implementation of Ethical Review: If necessary, we ​will obtain approval from an external ethical review ​committee to ensure the ethics of the survey.
